On 22 January 2020, NABU and SAPO served notices of suspicion on six persons, including a former First Deputy Minister of Justice (Government Agent before the ECtHR) and a former Government Agent before the ECtHR (Article 191(5), Article 209(3) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine); the former Member of Parliament — on 10 July 2023; since August 2023 he has been on the wanted list. In February 2026, according to TI Ukraine, the HACC approved an agreement with another defendant. On 5 October 2026, NABU and SAPO sent to court an indictment against the former Member of Parliament and, according to Slovo i Dilo, four other persons; NABU does not name the accused, and the media link the case to Heorhii Lohvynskyi. It has not been reported who, apart from the former MP, is covered by the indictment. The amount relates to the entire scheme.
