The text of the verdict, regarding the 2016 declaration, states a discrepancy in financial liabilities of UAH 67 million (loans) — the episode amount is taken from the SAPO statement (UAH 52 million); the discrepancy should be checked by an editor. After the Constitutional Court decision of 27 October 2020, which declared Article 366-1 of the Criminal Code unconstitutional, the HACC on 25 November 2020 set aside the verdict on exceptional grounds and closed the proceedings; the court refused to return the paid fine, since the ground for closure is not exonerating.
