On 02.11.2020 the HACC closed the case because the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, by decision of 27.10.2020 (No. 13-r/2020), abolished criminal liability for false declaration. The ground for closure is decriminalisation, which is not exonerating: guilt has been neither established nor refuted by a court.
