Suspicion: January 2020. On 6 April 2021 SAPO sent to the HACC the indictment against three persons (organisers — Article 27(3), Article 191(5); Article 27(3), Article 15(2), Article 209(3) of the Criminal Code). On 18 January 2024 the HACC scheduled the case for trial on the merits; as of 3 October 2026 there is no verdict (case No. 991/2367/21), more recent data have not been verified. A separate case concerning the Mayor of Odesa and city council officials is being heard by another HACC panel.
