The official did not provide explanations to the NACP. The materials were sent to the Mykolaiv Oblast police for entry into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code. This is an NACP finding, not a notice of suspicion: as of 03.10.2026, no official notice of suspicion in this episode has been found in open sources.
