On 19.11.2025 the HACC partially granted the claim; on 30.04.2026 the Appeals Chamber of the HACC, having changed the valuation of the apartment (over UAH 3.3 million), recovered to the state the value of the apartment, the proceeds from its sale (almost UAH 5 million) and two parking spaces; according to Schemes, over UAH 8.3 million in total; the decision entered into force. This is civil forfeiture (Article 290 of the Civil Procedure Code), not a criminal verdict; the status “journalistic” is provisional — there is no separate status for civil forfeiture.
