The enforcement proceedings were suspended, so the offence was not completed (attempt). Notice of suspicion was served on 23 April 2021, the indictment in August 2021. The HACC sentenced Sevastianov to 7.5 years and Tatarkin to 7 years 3 months of imprisonment (Article 15(2), Article 191(5) of the Criminal Code).
