False information worth UAH 3.27 million in the declaration for 2023 (Dnipropetrovsk Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission)

On 9 May 2025, the SBI, in cooperation with the NACP, served the former head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEK) a notice of suspicion under Article 366-2(1) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: her annual declaration for 2023 (filed 29 March 2024) did not list her husband's real estate, car, income and monetary assets, and the information about her own monetary assets was inaccurate. By a verdict of 29 May 2025 (case No. 201/6498/25), the Sobornyi District Court of Dnipro found her guilty: inaccurate information totalling UAH 3,267,073.80, a fine of 3,000 non-taxable minimum incomes (UAH 51,000). The verdict entered into force on 1 July 2025. The SBI reported that it was also checking possible involvement in issuing fictitious disability certificates; the sources contain no suspicion on that part. The SBI did not officially name her: the full name is based on the NACP Register of Corrupt Officials (Article 366-2(1), Sobornyi District Court of Dnipro, 29 May 2025) and UP.
