According to NABU and SAPO, in 2016–2017, by means of supplementary agreements, the National Guard gave up 50 apartments and 30 parking spaces in a residential complex in Pechersk in favour of 65 apartments on the outskirts of Kyiv; according to an expert examination, their value is UAH 81,635,448 lower. The investigation was opened after a 2017 Bihus.Info report. The indictment against 7 persons was sent to the HACC in 2021; the case is at the trial stage, there is no verdict. In the video the journalists give rounded figures of «almost 82 million» and «over UAH 81 million».
