Civil forfeiture, not criminal proceedings. On 1 August 2025 a SAPO prosecutor, based on NACP materials, filed a claim with the HACC to declare unfounded assets worth UAH 7,323,545 used by a family of Kyiv district court judges and to recover them to state revenue: part of an apartment (UAH 6,159,790), a parking space (UAH 622,200) and part of another parking space (UAH 541,556) in an elite residential complex, acquired in 2022–2023. Part of the property is registered in the names of relatives, but, according to SAPO, the couple may actually be in control of it; the prices in the contracts, according to prosecutors, were understated by half. The HACC seized the assets. SAPO does not name names; the full names are based on a Ukrainska Pravda source and TI Ukraine. As of 3 October 2026, no court decision on the claim has been found.
