An administrative corruption offence, not a criminal verdict. By a ruling of the Khmelnytskyi City District Court of 16 February 2026, Khmelnytskyi City Council member Svitlana Baranska was found guilty under Article 172-6(4) of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences: according to the court's finding, her declaration for 2024 contained knowingly false information totalling UAH 1,508,815.13; a fine of UAH 17,000 was imposed. The Khmelnytskyi Court of Appeal considered the defence lawyer's appeal on 20 March 2026; the decision entered into force on 20 March 2026 (NACP Register of Corrupt Officials, case No. 686/34414/25).
