Procurement of hardware products by SE “Ukrzaliznychpostach” at an inflated price

According to the HACC verdict (plea agreement), in 2015–2016 the convicted persons aided officials of SE Ukrzaliznychpostach in abusing their office during the procurement of hardware products from Inkomm LLC at an inflated price and carried out financial transactions with the funds received. The consequences for SE Ukrzaliznychpostach amounted to UAH 20,270,524.12 (excluding VAT); the damage was compensated in other proceedings.
