Unjustified assets of USD 150,000 declared as a gift from his father (NACP finding)
Alleged
US$150,000
Established by court

Based on lifestyle monitoring, the NACP established that in June 2020 the Deputy Head of the State Customs Service declared a cash gift from his father of USD 150 thousand (almost UAH 4 million), although, according to the NACP's finding, his parents' income did not allow them to make a gift of this size. On 17.03.2023 the NACP sent the materials to SAPO to decide on a lawsuit to have the asset declared unjustified and forfeited to the state. This is a NACP finding, not a criminal charge: no criminal proceedings in this case have been found, nor any information on a SAPO lawsuit (not verified as of October 2026).
