Apartment in the Great residential complex registered to the official’s mother, and other family purchases since 2023

According to a Bihus.Info investigation, in March 2023 a three-room apartment of ~90 m² in the Great complex on Dniprovska Embankment was registered to Ye. Cherniakovych's mother; the journalists repeatedly recorded his car in its car park; according to the journalists' estimate, without renovation it cost at least USD 77 thousand — this is the episode amount, not the transaction price. The journalists also reported on Skoda Kamiq and BMW cars registered to his parents and on plots in Bezradychi (2025), and estimated all the family's purchases since 2023 at up to USD 200 thousand; in the journalists' view, his parents' official income would not have been sufficient for this. At the time the story was released the official declared only a 32.7 m² service apartment; his declaration for 2025 (filed on 27 March 2026) included the right to use an 89.2 m² apartment acquired on 31 March 2023 (value UAH 2,585,080). The official did not respond to the journalists' request. This is a journalistic investigation: no criminal proceedings have been registered and no charges have been brought.
