According to a HACC verdict (plea agreement), in 2020–2021 the director of the Poltava branch of SE TsSENSM, in prior conspiracy with other persons, made amendments to contracts and signed documents under which the enterprise paid inflated costs for works and sold corn at an understated price in favour of two companies. The total losses of SE TsSENSM across the group’s episodes amount to UAH 13,407,841.40.
