Journalistic investigation by Bihus.Info (October 2024). According to journalists, the family of Ihor Dashutin, a judge of the Cassation Administrative Court of the Supreme Court, lives in a house of about 150 m² in a gated cottage community on the outskirts of Kyiv, which his mother-in-law bought in September 2023; at the time the judge did not declare this house. Journalists estimated the value of similar estates at no less than UAH 18.5 million (in the video – over USD 500 thousand for a comparable renovated property). The record uses the house value of UAH 5,419,203 from the judge's declaration for 2025, where since 20.08.2025 he lists the right to use a 149.9 m² house; the journalists' estimate is higher. Also reported were a 190 m² apartment and a parking space bought by the judge's mother in 2020 (about USD 230 thousand according to the declaration), and a 2024 Audi Q8 bought by his mother and used by his wife. The judge explained that his mother-in-law and father-in-law have their own business. No official criminal proceedings regarding these facts have been identified; in August 2026, according to media reports, NABU searched the judge's premises within another case («Femida»); no suspicion has been announced.
