Civil forfeiture, not a criminal proceeding. On a claim by a SAPO prosecutor (based on NACP materials), on 27.02.2025 the High Anti-Corruption Court declared unjustified assets worth over UAH 5 million — an apartment in Kyiv and two cars acquired in 2022–2023 by the official's family members and relatives and used by the official and his wife, as well as UAH 1,389,606 (the value of a third car) — and recovered them to the state. On 03.07.2025 the HACC Appeals Chamber upheld the decision; the decision has entered into force. The SAPO announcement names the official as "A. Donskov"; the position was verified against NACP declarations. No criminal proceedings against him are mentioned in the sources.
