On 21 July 2026 NABU and SAPO announced notices of suspicion to eight persons, among them the head of the Central Base for Production and Technological Supply of the National Guard of Ukraine. According to investigators, in 2024 a food storage warehouse was bought by a company controlled by entrepreneurs and resold to the National Guard at a price inflated by more than UAH 143 million; a further over UAH 7 million – in other procurements. The acquired property, including a 2024 Mercedes-Benz AMG GLE and apartments in Bukovel worth over USD 300 thousand, has been seized. NABU does not name the persons; according to declarations in the NACP register, the position of head of the base is held by Volodymyr Fedorovskyi. In February 2026 (before the notice of suspicion), Bihus.Info journalists reported on apartments in Bukovel registered to his former wife and estimated the losses in the case at «several hundred million» – the record uses the amount from NABU's announcement. There is no verdict.
