According to NABU and SAPO, a deputy of the Odesa Regional Council took out several loans totalling over UAH 58 million and did not reflect these financial liabilities in his annual declarations for 2024 and 2025. A notice of suspicion was served in May 2026 under Article 366-2(2) of the Criminal Code; materials of an NACP audit were used. In June 2026 the investigation was completed. The amount is the size of the undeclared liabilities, not losses or gain. Official announcements do not give the surname; identification is based on data of the Anti-Corruption Action Centre and the media. There is no verdict.
