According to a Bihus.Info investigation, in 2019 L. Hubska, a judge of the Sixth Administrative Court of Appeal, received for use a three-room service apartment in the «Comfort Town» residential complex in Kyiv; the journalists estimated the value of such an apartment without renovation at no less than USD 115 thousand (the episode amount is this estimate). Before that, an acquaintance's apartment in the «Nad Dniprom» complex, which the family had used and to which, according to the declarations, the judge returned after the service apartment was privatised, disappeared from her declaration. At the end of 2023 the apartment was privatised, and in 2024 the judge retired. During the time she used the service housing, the judge's family, according to the journalists' calculation, acquired real estate and cars worth about USD 400 thousand, including an apartment and a parking space in Cherkasy. The judge explained to the journalists that the housing was allocated to her by the state as internally displaced persons. The journalists themselves note that the provision and privatisation of service housing are lawful. This is a journalistic investigation: no official criminal proceedings have been registered and no charges have been brought.
