According to Bihus.Info investigations (February and December 2025), the «Dobrobut-Likylab» laboratory, registered in spring 2023 to nominee owners, received accreditation from the State Service on Medicines in July 2023 and within a week began receiving orders for drug testing; according to the journalists, since its creation it has earned over UAH 50 million. An investor in the laboratory told the journalists that the idea of creating it was proposed by Roman Isaienko, and an SBU employee was involved in its activities; the journalists published recordings of the participants' conversations. Isaienko denied involvement. After the publication NABU opened criminal proceedings and in November 2025 conducted searches at the State Service on Medicines; no notices of suspicion in this episode have been made public. The amount of UAH 50 million is the journalists' estimate of the laboratory's turnover, not an amount of losses established by investigators. There is no verdict.
