Civil forfeiture, not criminal proceedings. On the basis of NACP materials and evidence it gathered independently, a SAPO prosecutor filed a lawsuit with the HACC to have assets worth over UAH 7.8 million declared unjustified and recovered to the state; the assets were acquired by the head of a unit of one of the district state administrations in Kyiv (the one that purchased drums for shelters in summer 2023) and a person close to her. According to SAPO, in 2020–2025 the official disposed of UAH 3.185 million in her own account that cannot be considered to have been acquired from lawful income, and an apartment worth UAH 4.65 million in a business-class residential complex in Kyiv, registered to a family member, was purchased on her instructions. As a measure to secure the claim, the court seized the apartment and a car. The SAPO statement does not give the full name; according to LB.ua, this concerns N. Ivanina. The LB.ua headline speaks of a "suspicion of illicit enrichment", but the sources refer to a civil lawsuit, not a notice of suspicion. As of 03.10.2026 the outcome of the lawsuit has not been verified.
