Apartment and parking space in the “Novopecherski Lypky” residential complex registered to the wife’s company

According to a Bihus.Info investigation, in summer 2025 the company «Mediahrupa», now solely owned by the official's wife (V. Kim himself was previously among its members), bought an apartment of over 100 m² and a parking space in the «Novopecherski Lypky» residential complex in Kyiv. According to its financial statements, the company had shown no activity for years. The journalists estimated the value of the unrenovated apartment with the parking space at about USD 350 thousand based on minimum prices; in an interview V. Kim gave the price of the apartment as USD 200 thousand. The apartment and parking space are not in the official's declarations; according to the declarations, the family's savings at the end of 2025 increased by about UAH 6.5 million compared with 2024. The journalists also recorded cars linked to the official's family near the complex, including a Porsche Macan registered to a company of his former director. V. Kim stated that he does not live in this apartment and does not use it. As of the date this record was prepared, no information on registered criminal proceedings or a notice of suspicion was found.
