According to NABU and SAPO, in 2021–2022 a Member of Parliament acquired assets worth over UAH 20 million, while her official income and savings for this period did not exceed UAH 2.7 million; these funds were later used to buy a house in Odesa Oblast where she lives and which was not reflected in her declaration for 2023. Notices of suspicion were served on 17 October 2024 (Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code) and 9 January 2025 (Article 366-2(2) of the Criminal Code). On 21 March 2025, the HACC approved a plea agreement: 5 years of imprisonment with a fine, release from serving the sentence on probation for 2 years, a ban on holding positions for 2 years; under the agreement — transfer of UAH 20 million to the state budget and UAH 2 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the video Bihus.Info also mentions a 2021 Mercedes she bought (by the journalists' estimate — from UAH 4.5 million) and names «almost 23 million» in assets; the record shows the amount according to the NABU announcement.
