According to NABU and SAPO, in her declaration for 2020 a Member of Parliament did not report two land plots in Kyiv Oblast (over 0.8 ha), as well as a residential house (120.1 m²) and a land plot (1.13 ha) in the RF. On 17 February 2023, a notice of suspicion (Article 366-2(1) of the Criminal Code) was served for UAH 4.3 million; on 20 December 2023, the suspicion was changed: the amount of undeclared property — over UAH 13 million (Article 366-2(2) of the Criminal Code). Since her whereabouts have not been established, the notices of suspicion were served under the procedure of Articles 135 and 278 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The investigation was opened based on an NACP conclusion. In the video Bihus.Info names «almost UAH 4.5 million» — the initial estimate; the record shows the amount according to NABU's updated suspicion.
