According to the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, in his annual declaration for 2023 the director of the Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development of the Kyiv City State Administration declared UAH 31 million in savings, whereas, according to an analysis of his income (including income before entering public service), he could have saved no more than UAH 9 million; at the same time he purchased an apartment for UAH 8.4 million and cars. The false information amounts to UAH 22 million; according to the prosecution, the "savings" may have been declared to subsequently legitimise purchases. On 3 February 2026 he was served a notice of suspicion under Article 366-2(2) of the Criminal Code. The official announcement does not name him; identification is based on Ukrainska Pravda and the department's page on the Kyiv City State Administration portal. There is no verdict.
