According to Bihus.Info, the municipal enterprise «Sportinvest», set up in Vynnyky and headed by an employee of Kozlovskyi's football club, awarded a tender for major repairs of football pitches with lighting on Sportova Street in Vynnyky to Kozlovskyi's company, «Akademiia futbolu» LLC; according to the latest amendments, according to the journalists, the contract is worth UAH 15 million. In 2021 the outlet NGL.media reported a contract worth UAH 19.8 million (the expected value of procurement UA-2020-12-30-005621-c in Prozorro — UAH 24 million). No official proceedings regarding this contract have been registered; this is a journalistic investigation. There is no verdict.

According to Bihus.Info and Lviv media, on 23 October 2020 the Vynnyky City Council approved the sale to «Akademiia futbolu» LLC, co-owned by Hryhorii Kozlovskyi and his wife, of almost 16 ha of land around Vynnyky Lake for UAH 17.5 million (about UAH 11 thousand per hundred square metres), while nearby plots were offered at USD 5 thousand per hundred square metres. The Emily Resort was built on this land. In January 2023, NABU opened criminal proceedings under Article 364(2) of the Criminal Code regarding the possible sale of land at an understated price by officials of the Vynnyky City Council; no notices of suspicion to Hryhorii Kozlovskyi have been made public; with respect to him this is a journalistic investigation. The amount of UAH 17.5 million is the sale price, not an established amount of losses. There is no verdict.
