Charges of illicit enrichment of over UAH 16 million and false declaration (a house and land in Kyiv Oblast)

According to NABU and SAPO, at the end of 2021 a judge acquired two land plots and a residential house in Kyiv Oblast (in Koncha-Zaspa, according to Slidstvo.Info), whose value exceeded her lawful income by over UAH 16 million: the final value, according to investigators, was about USD 900 thousand (approximately UAH 24 million), and in the declarations for 2021–2024 the value was understated by over UAH 16 million. Notice of suspicion was served on 22 September 2025 (Article 368-5, Article 366-2(2) of the Criminal Code); the HACC set bail of UAH 5 million, which was posted; the High Council of Justice temporarily suspended the judge. On 21 April 2026 a preparatory court hearing began at the HACC. The judge and the defence deny the charges and call the case commissioned. There is no verdict.
