Plot with a mansion under construction in “Chornomorska Rivyera” and commercial premises purchased by the former mother-in-law after the divorce

According to a Bihus.Info investigation, in 2024 V. Kuliush officially divorced, after which his former mother-in-law bought a 16-sotka (0.16 ha) land plot in the «Black Sea Riviera» cottage community near Odesa, where a three-storey house is being built, as well as 108 m² of non-residential premises in Odesa, where his former wife's beauty salon opened. According to Bihus.Info's estimate, the land alone should have cost about UAH 8 million (in the video — about USD 200 thousand; the premises — at least USD 50 thousand); the episode amount is the journalists' estimate for the land, not the transaction price. The journalists also noted that since 2023 the official's mother has owned a 100 m² apartment in the «Premium Residence» complex, near which his former wife's car is parked. At the end of October 2025 the plot was re-registered to LLC «Vedmid Servis». The official replied that, according to his former wife and her mother, the property was bought with funds from a 2022 loan. This is a journalistic investigation: no criminal proceedings have been registered and no charges have been brought.
