Resale of “Kyivmiskbud” apartments to a Kyiv municipal enterprise through companies of the family of the holding’s head

According to Bihus.Info, citing a court ruling, in 2023 a Kyiv municipal enterprise bought housing in a project of «Kyivmiskbud», headed by Ihor Kushnir, from private companies of his wife and daughter. One of the apartments cost the municipal enterprise UAH 4.2 million, whereas about six months earlier the fund of Kushnir's wife had bought it from «Kyivmiskbud» for UAH 2.5 million. The episode amount is the price of one apartment paid by the municipal enterprise, named in the story with reference to the ruling (UAH 4.2 million); the journalists do not name the total for all apartments. According to KyivVlada, the municipal buyer was MUE «FK «Zhytlo-Invest», the apartments were resold 65–68% more expensively, and the episode is being investigated in criminal proceedings No. 12023000000000905 (Articles 191, 209, 366 of the Criminal Code, etc.); no official announcement by an authority was found, and I.
