On 12 September 2025 a SAPO prosecutor, based on NACP materials, filed a claim with the HACC to declare unfounded the assets of the Deputy Minister of Health — Chief State Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine worth over UAH 3.2 million and to recover them to state revenue (civil forfeiture). According to SAPO, in 2021–2022 the official acquired two land plots and two residential houses in Kyiv Oblast, and an analysis of his income and expenditure indicates that it was impossible to acquire them from legitimate sources. The HACC seized the disputed assets. SAPO does not name him; ZN.UA writes that it concerns Ihor Kuzin. No criminal proceedings are mentioned in these announcements; no court decision on the claim has been found.
