According to NABU and SAPO, in 2020–2023, while serving as head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, P. Kyrylenko acquired 21 real estate properties (7 apartments in Kyiv and Uzhhorod, a house near Kyiv and 2 land plots, 2 garage boxes, 6 parking spaces, 3 non-residential premises) and a BMW X3 car, registering the property in the names of his wife's relatives, and did not list it in his declarations. A notice of suspicion was served on 14 August 2024 for over UAH 56 million; on 9 December 2024 it was amended to over UAH 72 million (UAH 72.1 million). On 7 July 2025 the indictment was sent to court, and the trial on the merits began on 28 August 2025. On 5 June 2025 he was served a new notice of suspicion of failing to declare property for 2024; this case was sent to court in October 2025.
