Bihus.Info journalistic investigation (November 2021): from a video of a search published by a fellow MP, journalists identified a house in Kozyn near Kyiv (420 m², three storeys, swimming pool) where Kyva was staying; in March 2020 the house was advertised for sale for UAH 21 million or for rent for UAH 120,000 per month. The MP's declaration lists neither the house nor any expenses for its purchase or rent. UAH 21 million is the advertised price, not an established value. No data on criminal proceedings or a verdict regarding this episode were found. A separate follow-up Bihus.Info piece with photos «from the search» was removed by the editors because of an error with some of the photos; this investigation about the house has not been refuted.

On 4 August 2022 NABU and SAPO served the former MP in absentia a notice of suspicion of entering knowingly false information in his 2020 declaration — concealing a property in the urban-type settlement of Kozyn, Kyiv Oblast, worth over UAH 4 million (according to the SAPO press service, as relayed by «Glavcom»). Earlier, in November 2021, Bihus.Info journalists reported on an undeclared house in Kozyn where the MP was staying (a separate episode); official sources do not directly state whether the suspicion concerns the same property. The person left Ukraine; he died on 6 December 2023. No data on the further course of the proceedings were found. There is no verdict; the person is presumed innocent.

Recovery to the state of UAH 1.25 million in unjustified assets from the “lease” of a beet pulp pit

According to a Bihus.Info investigation (2020), the MP declared about UAH 1.2 million of annual income from leasing a beet pulp pit in Poltava Oblast to a company with signs of being fictitious. On 20.05.2021 SAPO filed a lawsuit to have the assets declared unjustified. On 13.08.2021 the HACC declared income of UAH 1,252,236 (UAH 1,242,236 of «rent» and UAH 10,000 of commission income) unjustified and recovered it to the state, finding that the MP was not the owner of the facilities and had no right to dispose of them. The Appeals Chamber of the HACC on 27.10.2021 and the Civil Cassation Court of the Supreme Court on 27.04.2022 upheld the decision. This is civil forfeiture, not a criminal verdict. The video cites UAH 1.2 million; the amount entered is the figure from the court decision. The «journalistic» status is conditional: the list has no separate status for civil forfeiture.
