According to a notice of significant changes, on 13.01.2026 a Member of Parliament acquired a 190 m² garden house worth UAH 3,187,500 (per the journalists, about USD 73 thousand). Bihus.Info journalists reported that the house is located in Tairove settlement near Odesa, with a swimming pool according to the technical documentation; the seller according to the declaration is the owner of a construction business, whose manager, speaking to the journalists posing as buyers, estimated a similar house at no less than USD 150 thousand for construction, about USD 20 thousand for the land, plus the pool — almost USD 180 thousand in total (the episode amount is the journalists' estimate, not the transaction price). The MP explained that the living area is only 130 m², the plot is at the edge of the settlement, and the purchase was financed with money received after his divorce. This is a journalistic investigation: as far as is known, no official criminal proceedings have been registered.
