According to a Bihus.Info investigation (real estate and vehicle registers, sale listings), since 2021 Denys Lutii's wife has bought two apartments in the «Avinion» residential complex in Odesa (~$80 thousand), a Range Rover Velar (~$50 thousand) and a townhouse in the «Lahom» cottage community near Lviv (>UAH 6 million); in 2023 his mother-in-law gifted him a plot in Odesa's Sovinion, where a house stands; his father bought plots near Lviv. The journalists estimated the property of the wife and father at over $0.5 million, and together with the brother's car, the mother-in-law's motorcycle and property of a related sole proprietor (FOP) at over $1 million; the family has no business. The SBU replied that the property was acquired with their own funds, part of it when Lutii was not serving in the SBU. No official criminal proceedings have been registered; in September 2026 the NACP began lifestyle monitoring.
