According to NABU and SAPO, in 2021–2022 a former Head of the Commercial Cassation Court of the Supreme Court acquired a house with a land plot, two apartments and four land plots with a total value of about UAH 26 million; the property was registered to the mother of his subordinate, who in fact performed the duties of a secretary. On 23.09.2026 a notice of suspicion was served under Article 209(3) of the Criminal Code (money laundering). The official announcement does not give the surname; identification is based on the position (Head of the Commercial Cassation Court of the Supreme Court in 2021–2022) and data of the Anti-Corruption Action Centre cited by NV. There is no verdict.
