Undeclared mansion in Koncha-Zaspa on a plot registered to the MP’s father

According to Bihus.Info journalists, in June 2024 62 sotkas (0.62 ha) of land in the «Pivdenne» cottage community (Koncha-Zaspa, Kyiv) became the property of the MP's father; based on listing prices in this community (about UAH 1.5 million, or ≈USD 35 thousand per sotka), the journalists estimated the plot at no less than USD 2 million. A multi-level mansion has been built on the plot, which is neither in the state real estate register nor in the MP's declaration; for several days the journalists recorded the MP's motorcades leaving this property. The journalists did not determine the value of the house (a similar house on a plot half the size is being sold for almost USD 6 million); the episode amount is the estimated value of the plot only. According to the journalists, the funds declared by the MP are commensurate only with the value of the plot, and his father's companies showed less than UAH 300 thousand of net profit over the past year. After the publication, according to information provided by the Office of the Prosecutor General to Bihus.Info, criminal proceedings were registered under the article on «illicit enrichment»; no notice of suspicion has been reported.
