According to NABU and SAPO, in 2020–2023 a judge of the Western Commercial Court of Appeal bought four apartments and two parking spaces in Lviv with a total value of over UAH 21 million, registering them to his mother-in-law, ex-wife and daughter; his official income, taking into account expenses and savings, did not allow such purchases. He is also charged with false declaration (he did not list living in a rented apartment in his declarations for 2022–2025). In April 2026 a notice of suspicion was served — at that time NABU gave the amount as UAH 16.7 million (an apartment and a parking space); the indictment (September 2026) gives over UAH 21 million. The HACC did not approve a plea agreement; the case was sent to court under the general procedure, and a preparatory hearing was scheduled for 28.09.2026. Official announcements do not give the surname; identification is based on data of the Anti-Corruption Action Centre and the media. There is no verdict.
