Undeclared house in the “Khutir Yasnyi” cottage community

According to a Bihus.Info investigation, a Porsche belonging to the MP's wife left a private house of about 370 m² in the «Khutir Yasnyi» cottage community (Khodosivka village, Kyiv Oblast) for several mornings in a row. In June 2021 the house was registered to a private individual who, according to the journalists, had previously worked for the MP's family and whose official income over the 10 years before the purchase was slightly over UAH 260 thousand; four months before the purchase she was added as a founder of a company whose first co-founder was V. Medianyk. The journalists estimated the market value of the house at about USD 1 million based on sale listings for similar properties; this is an estimate, not the transaction price. The house is not in the MP's declarations; declared is a 100 m² apartment in the same community, registered to his daughter. The MP explained that the family sometimes leaves the car there during shelling and denied living in the house. Bihus.Info reported having filed complaints with anti-corruption bodies; according to media reports (August 2026, citing Bihus.Info), the Office of the Prosecutor General registered two criminal proceedings concerning possible illicit enrichment and false declaration. No official statement by the authority or proceeding numbers have been found, and no notice of suspicion has been served, so the status is journalistic investigation.
