According to an investigation by Bihus.Info, in his paper declaration for 2013 Yu. Miroshnychenko listed three apartments on Instytutska Street in Kyiv (221.2, 200.1 and 218.5 sq m); from the end of 2014 they no longer appear in his declarations. According to Miroshnychenko, the apartments were bought with a loan he received in 2010 (according to the declaration, about UAH 16 million) and were transferred in repayment of the debt to the company Asset Holdings, LLC (State of Nevada). Journalists established that the company’s Ukrainian representative office is headed by a person who also runs other Miroshnychenko organisations, and that the company’s managers are linked to his ex-wife’s business; on 4 November 2019 he was recorded near this building. The episode amount is the size of the loan according to the declaration; the journalists did not separately establish the market value of the apartments. No official criminal proceedings have been registered; in June 2020 the NACP began a full audit of the declaration, its result is unknown.
