Mark-ups on materials for fortifications in Sumy Oblast through firms linked to an MP

According to Bihus.Info journalists, in 2024 LLC «TD «Dinastiia» received about UAH 126 million for the construction of fortifications in Sumy Oblast and bought over UAH 40 million worth of materials from LLC «Shoststroiresurs», which was later registered to the MP's 90-year-old mother. «Shoststroiresurs» bought tunnel (postern) blocks, low-visibility obstacles and wall panels from manufacturers and within a few days resold them to «Dinastiia» at a higher price (for example, blocks at UAH 75 thousand — for UAH 83–91 thousand excluding VAT). «Dinastiia» bought anti-tank pyramids through LLC «Nord Trek» at UAH 1,700 with a purchase price of about UAH 1,100. According to the journalists, «Dinastiia» was until recently owned by the MP's assistant, and «Nord Trek», according to the MP's declaration, pays a salary to his cohabiting partner. The journalists estimated the total markup at about UAH 11 million, and after deducting transport costs — at least UAH 9.5 million (this amount is used for the episode). The MP replied that he did not benefit from the activities of these companies, did not help them obtain orders and has no information about the activities of other persons. As far as is known, no official proceedings regarding these procurements have been registered; in August 2025, according to media reports, NABU conducted searches at the MP's premises in another case — concerning possible illicit enrichment.
