According to a report by Nashi Hroshi (Bihus.Info, July 2019), the Accounting Chamber audited the activities of the State Agency of Reserve of Ukraine in 2017–2018, when it was headed by Vadym Mosiichuk, and concluded that of UAH 1.7 billion of funds spent, the losses to the budget amounted to UAH 318 million; after the report was published, the Cabinet of Ministers suspended the head of the agency from his duties for the duration of the review. Journalists also described a procurement of motor oil worth UAH 200 million under tender conditions tailored to a single manufacturer and the sale of oil stocks at half the market price (these amounts are not included in the episode). V. Mosiichuk called the report commissioned and linked it to a conflict with the Minister of Economy. This is a journalistic investigation based on the findings of a state audit; no notices of suspicion to V. Mosiichuk in connection with these findings are cited in the sources, and no official proceedings against him regarding this episode were found in the sources checked. The amount is the losses stated by the Accounting Chamber, not established by a court.
