Embezzlement of grain of PJSC “Agrarian Fund” at SE “Lutsk Grain Products Plant No. 2” (2014)

According to the HACC verdict, in April–June 2014 the director of SE "Lutsk Grain Products Plant No. 2", without the owner's permission, shipped to commercial entities over 26 thousand tonnes of grain placed in storage by Agrarian Fund PJSC; no payment was received. In its notice of suspicion (2017), NABU estimated the losses at over UAH 58.81 million; the court established UAH 56,227,029. On 16 March 2023 the HACC found him guilty under Article 191(5) of the Criminal Code and sentenced him to 10 years' imprisonment with confiscation of property; on 22 March 2024 the Appeals Chamber of the HACC and on 16 September 2025 the Supreme Court upheld the verdict. The then head of the elevator was convicted together with him.
