According to the NACP (lifestyle monitoring), in 2022–2023 the judge acquired a 2013 Mercedes-Benz G 350 TD for UAH 10 thousand, while according to an expert valuation its value exceeded UAH 2.1 million; a 2013 Mercedes-Benz G 500 for UAH 529 thousand instead of almost UAH 685 thousand per the advertisement; a 2017 Renault Zoe for UAH 5 thousand with a valuation of almost UAH 431.5 thousand. On 28 November 2025 a SAPO prosecutor filed a claim with the HACC to declare unfounded assets (the Mercedes-Benz vehicles, part of the value of the Renault Zoe, funds in bank accounts) with a total value of over UAH 3.3 million and to recover them to state revenue. This is civil forfeiture, not criminal proceedings: the judge has not been served a notice of suspicion. As of 3 October 2026, no HACC decision in the case has been found.
