Wife’s real estate worth at least USD 300,000 acquired while he served in the tax police

According to a Bihus.Info investigation (real estate registers, analytical systems data, court register), after Rostyslav Pekar's declaration appeared (2017), his wife bought an apartment in the «A-52» residential complex in central Kyiv, a land plot near Kyiv (over UAH 1.5 million) and in 2019 a house in the «Zoloche» cottage community, partly with money gifted by her husband; the journalists estimated her acquisitions at «at least» $300 thousand. The turnover of her company grew from ~5 to 23 million UAH per year. The journalists also mentioned classified SBI contracts (~UAH 50 million) with a cybersecurity company, but the details are classified, so they are not included in the episode amount. No official criminal proceedings have been registered.
