Recovery to the state of an apartment worth over UAH 1.9 million, declared an unjustified asset of the head of the Vinnytsia Territorial Recruitment Centre

According to SAPO (based on SBI materials), in 2022 a close relative of the head of the Vinnytsia Regional Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centre, on his instructions, "bought" an apartment in a new building near Vinnytsia, but no money was paid for it; according to the prosecutor, the registration in the father's name was a formality so that the official would not lose his right to free housing. According to the AntAC, the developer allegedly decided to give 8 apartments to military personnel. On 29.08.2024 the HACC declared the apartment an unjustified asset worth more than UAH 1.9 million and forfeited it to the state. LB.ua cites UAH 1.2 million — this is the market value at the time of receipt (TI Ukraine) and the amount of SAPO's initial 2023 lawsuit; the amount entered is the figure from SAPO's announcement on the court decision. This is civil forfeiture, not a criminal verdict; the status "journalistic" is provisional. Any appeal against the decision has not been verified.
