According to an SBI statement of 22.11.2023, joint monitoring with the NACP of the wealth of the acting head of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Poltava Oblast revealed signs of the acquisition of unjustified assets worth UAH 6.1 million: property acquired in 2020–2023 and registered to family members and trusted persons (apartments in Kyiv and Poltava, cars), with the lawful origin of the funds not confirmed. The materials were sent to SAPO to decide on a lawsuit to have the assets declared unjustified (civil forfeiture, not criminal proceedings). The SBI does not give the name; the person was named by Ekonomichna Pravda, and this is confirmed by NACP declarations (Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in Poltava Oblast). As of 03.10.2026 no SAPO lawsuit regarding these assets and no criminal proceedings were found in open sources.
