According to Bihus.Info, in 2014 23-year-old customs inspector Ruslan Servetnyk bought a 114 sq. m apartment in Kyiv for USD 145 thousand; his current salary is about UAH 9 thousand per month, and at the time of purchase it was even lower. He drives a Volvo registered to his father, a retired customs officer; according to the journalists, the father's official income over 10 years was about UAH 300 thousand and the mother's about UAH 160 thousand, so the origin of the funds is, in the journalists' view, questionable. Servetnyk declined to answer. No official proceedings are named in the sources; this is a journalistic investigation, no official proceedings have been registered (according to available data).
