According to Schemes (Radio Liberty), citing an NACP report, a full audit of Serhii Shapran’s declaration for 2023 (August 2024 — February 2025) found that the false information differs from the accurate information by UAH 193,571,968; signs of an offence under Article 366-2(2) of the Criminal Code were established. In particular, according to the NACP, the sale of a BMW M760LI and the lease of a BMW X7 were not reflected, and the stakes in Yuni Servis LLC, Yuni Liuks LLC and Yuni Tul LLC were stated at UAH 2.5 million each, while their value according to the Unified State Register is significantly higher. Through these companies, according to the journalists, Shapran became the owner of assets of the sanctioned Russian businessman Igor Naumets. According to the journalists, the materials were to be forwarded to the National Police. There is no information about a notice of suspicion; the status “journalistic” is provisional — there is no separate status for an NACP conclusion. Shapran had not responded to the journalists’ request at the time of publication.
