According to NABU and SAPO, a female Member of Parliament failed to state in her declaration for 2020 information on the rental of an apartment in Pechersk, Kyiv, worth about UAH 5 million (Article 366-2(1) of the Criminal Code; proceedings No. 42022000000000309 of 18.02.2022, opened on the basis of NACP materials). On 09.01.2023 NABU put her on the wanted list. The case reached the HACC on 17.01.2023; in April 2023 the court released the defendant from criminal liability due to the expiry of the statute of limitations (a non-exonerating ground). There is no verdict on guilt.
